We understand ... life is busy and sometimes you may need to change an appointment ... we also know in today’s hectic world that anyone may occasionally forget the most important engagements...

Therefore, in keeping with our quality customer service, we will give you a courtesy call, or text message, to remind you the day before most pre-booked appointments

We appreciate it when you give us at least 24 hours notice about a cancellation or appointment change, we can then re-allocate that appointment to another valued customer like yourself

For those giving less than 3 hours notice of a cancellation, a 50% deposit may be required for future appointments
