Your experienced therapist begins by massaging your back, neck, and shoulders, to identify specific areas of the body which are causing you discomfort.

Once muscles are warmed and relaxed, we use a dual action hand held massager with infrared light therapy, to target problematic areas and relieve pain and discomfort.  Infrared light waves help to break up tension within the muscle tissue, and stimulate the body’s cell and tissue renewal process to speed up healing.
